owned vineyards situated at an altitude of 200/300 m.
Clay soil of fine drainage over thin limestones.
Malagouzia 55%, Assyrtiko 45%
Selected “first press” Malagouzia and Assyrtiko grapes are pre-fermented and
cryo-extracted at controlled temperatures. Afterwards, a controlled alcoholic fermentation
takes place at low temperatures, followed by ageing on fine lees for 2 months.
Separate vinification for each variety and blending after the end of maturation.
Light yellow-green color, fruity character with hints of orange blossom, aromas of melon,
peach, orange, pineapple and apricot. Smooth in the mouth with very good acidity,
it has an excellent balance in taste with a lasting aftertaste.
Salads, risotto or pasta with seafood, grilled fish and chicken in white sauces, grilled sea bream,
herb pies, fruits and yellow cheeses.
